Case Study
New Year's Eve is the least forgiving slot in the events calendar: one take, at midnight, in Polish winter. For the City of Kutno we produced the full show and fielded the projection system ourselves.
Municipal celebrations like this are where projection mapping earns its keep as civic infrastructure — a single investment that becomes the image of the city's year.
Creatively, the show mixed animation techniques rarely seen side by side: physics simulation, hand-drawn sequences and frame-by-frame animation, blended into one continuous facade narrative for the midnight countdown.
